A female journalist (Victim 102, played by Yamila Greco) goes through her morning routine and watches a news report about a recently captured serial killer of sex workers. This inspires her to write about violence. She visits the pornographic and shock websites the killer used, is deeply disturbed by them, and interviews a film critic and author (Eduardo Poli), who discusses misogyny, fetishes, new media, morality, pornography, snuff, and the value of human life. Intercut with her research are scenes of her and two other women—a pregnant sex worker and a porn star—being filmed as a masked man (Rodrigo Bianco) tortures them. He labels his captives 100, 101, and 102.
The pregnant woman (Victim 100, Andrea Alfonso) is brutalized first. Victims 101 and 102 scream and moan through tight gags, accompanied by an industrial music score by El Hemisferio Derecho. Victim 100 is beaten, has several fingers cut off, and a bag is pulled over her head, which is then stomped and kicked repeatedly. The masked killer gropes her, stomps her stomach, bites off one of her nipples, mutilates her genitals with a chef knife, and cuts her open. He then removes Victim 102’s gag and orally rapes her with the same knife while masturbating, reapplies her gag, and drags Victim 100 to the bathroom.
